Scotts Holiday Village is a static caravan park for ownwer occupiers. We are Open All Year Round (not residential). Scotts is a very tranquil (no clubhouse) and well run independent park in a perfect location on the West Sussex coast, just 6 miles south of Chichester. We are just 300m from the fabulous sandy beaches of West Wittering and the same distance away from East Wittering's thriving village with its large array of modern and traditional shops. We always have about 20 new and pre-owned holiday homes for sale with prices ranging from around £15,000 to £100,000.
