Leave the M5 at Junction 30 (Exeter Services) and take the A379 signposted to Dawlish. Keep on the A379 straight through Kenton and Starcross villages.
After Starcross continue past the harbour until you reach Dawlish Town.
As you enter Dawlish turn left, signposted Dawlish Warren. Oakcliff Reception can be clearly seen 3/4 mile further on the left.
