Christchurch is a gently sloping site high above the beautiful Wye Valley with waymarked walking routes down to the river, through surrounding woodlands. Nearby are the Clearwell Caves Ancient Iron Mines.
ALL ROUTES (Except Ross on Wye)
At the crossroads of the A4136 and the minor road at Pikehouse Inn (1 mile north of Coleford) go north for 0.5 miles. The site is on the left hand side.
(Ross on Wye) Take the B4234 to Lyndbrook and continue along the Wye Valley on the minor road to English Bicknor. After 2 miles turn right to Christchurch.
