Middlemuir is situated in te old walled gardens of the former castle of Montgomerie, which provides a sheltered sunny aspect and commanding views across the pastures, woods and footpaths that Robert Burns explored generations ago. The park situation provides a quiet haven for families or couples looking for a tranquil "get away from it all" beak, but is within easy reach of Ayr, Girvan and Irvine.
Why not explore the many historical sites in the area such as Dunure Castle, Culzean Castle, or for the more energetic there is an excellent choice of fishing for both freshwater and sea fishing.
From Ayr take B743 signposted Mauchline, about 5 miles take the 3rd tarbolton turning. Park is about 300 yards on right.
