In Thomas Hardy country, this park is a peaceful haven for touring caravans on a level grassy field with one pretty corner lightly wooded.
The site boasts a rather special duck pond with the most amazing variety of ducks from all over the world.
There is a pleasant walk with seats all around it.
Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Weymouth, with its sandy beach, are all near at hand.
Also well worth a visit are Monkey World and the Tank Museum Take the A352 Wareham to Dorchester road going west. Turn right through the village of Owermoigne and follow signs for the caravan park and Cider Museum. The park is one mile from the turn-off of the village Owermoigne.
