Small, peaceful and secluded site near the Lizard. Nested in wooded land within easy reach of sandy beaches. Very central to explore the whole of West Cornwall. Good walks nearby and also surfing, windsurfing, golf, and riding.

From Helston: follow the main Penzance road (A394) for approx. one mile, turn right at Hilltop garage onto the B3302 to Hayle. After three quarters of a mile take the second left to Carleen (just after shop). Poldown is to be found three quarters of a mile down this lane on the right.
From the A30: leave the A30 at Camborne exit, turn right onto B3303 to Helston. Turn first right after merging with the B3302 about 5 miles after Camborne.
