Welcome is an independent park specialising in family holidays. Accommodation is available in terraced bungalows, maisonettes and apartments, as well as caravans. New for 2006 are our super luxury Casita Lodges with private verandas and loads of features to ensure the highest comfort for your holiday. On-site facilities include the Tropicana 4-pool heated indoor pool complex, and spacious Cruisers Club where our top-class entertainment will delight the whole family.
Were only a few minutes level walk to huge, sandy Dawlish Warren beach, and a host of local attractions are within easy travelling distance. These include Dartmoor National Park and the picturesque English Riviera, plus many themed attractions for family days out. See our website for links to some of the most popular ones.
Leave the M5 at Junction 30, and take the A379 to Dawlish, turning left at the first signpost for Dawlish Warren (just before Dawlish). Drive around Cockwood Harbour and just follow the road straight into Dawlish Warren.
