In an elevated position, three miles inland from llfracombe and the North Devon coast, this site has superb views to west and north coasts and inland to Dartmoor. The site is well-placed for you to enjoy the sandy beach at Woolacombe or the more dramatic north coastline. For walkers, Exmoor is close with 600 miles of footpaths and bridleways. Small, intimate villages, each with its church, heather-covered moorland, splendid coastline, warm sun-trap combes, shy red deer and varied birdlife: these are Exmoors attractions which make you feel youve stepped back 100 years into a saner, simpler world.
Bathing off the Devon and Cornish Coasts can be dangerous and particular note must be taken of any local notices.

From Barnstaple - turn R off A361 (lifracombe) at Mullacott Cross rndabt onto A3123; in about ¾m turn R at caravan sign (sp West )own). Site on L in 1m.
From E on A361 from M5 - leave at junc 27 and follow sps Barnstaple. Barnstaple is at the W end of the North Devon Link rd A361) but has an inner relief rd. If taking this route follow A361 (sp lifracombe) to Mullacott Cross; then as above. Note: do not tow along any of the minor rds through West Down from A361.
