The site is set on grass and tarmac in the racecourse enclosure, and only six minutes walk from the centre of Warwick. There are a number of good walks to be taken and nearby theres also a 9-hole golf course with driving range and an area for flying model powered aircraft and model gliders. Nearby Warwick Castle is reputed to be the finest medieval castle in England and an award-winning attraction - its a full days visit; The Kingmaker exhibition shows the mighty Earl of Warwick preparing for battle in 1471. You should also visit Stratford-upon-Avon (8m); start with the Heritage Trail or the Shakespeare Story Tour Bus and round it off with the real thing with a visit to the theatre!
From Longbridge rndabout M40 (junc 15), A429 (Warwick); in 1 mile turn left at Intl Racecourse sign into Shakespeares Ave; in 300 yds at T-junc turn Right onto B4095. Site on left in 1/2 mile.
For other approaches - follow Intl Caravan Site signs through and round the town - some also signed B4095 Henley-in-Arden.
Note: towing through High St/Jury St not recommended; do not follow racecourse signs without the caravan symbol; multiple signs on the route through the town must be read carefully.
