Our guests appreciate being situated in peaceful surroundings yet central to all the attractions that Cornwall has to offer, within easy daily travelling distances.
Court Farm is set in 30 acres of peaceful pasture land, with 4 acres designated for caravans and tents, to a limit of 20 sites.
The campsite itself has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. Pitches are well spaced, and there are 14 electric hook-ups available.
The shower block has free constant temperature controlled hot showers and flush toilets. There is a hot water dishwashing area, laundry facilities, chemical toilet disposal point, baby bath and changing mat and freezer facility. Dogs are allowed on site - but on a lead please (we have sheep).
Shops, takeaway, pubs, a launderette, Post Office, churches, and a dispensing surgery are all available in the village of St. Stephen which is approx. 1 mile away.
There is a wide choice of pubs and restaurants providing good local food all within an easy travelling distance of Court Farm.
The nearest Catholic Church is 5 miles away, in St. Austell.
Also in St. Austell are: 4 main supermarket chains, a multi-screen cinema, a leisure centre with swimming pool; Ten pin bowling, Kids Kingdom and an outdoor market, plus weekly car boot sale.
Court Farm is the "headquarters of Roseland Observatory we have a 9½" Newtonian Telescope for star-gazing and Brian Sheen, an expert astronomer, gives lectures and guidance to any interested parties weekly by arrangement (Small charge).

We also have a freshwater lake where one can fish for Grass carp, Golden Tench, Roach and Rudd. Fishing is free.
The water at Court Farm is Spring water (98.5% pure) as good as any bottled water you will ever taste!
Bess, our famous three-legged sheep dog, and Boots (the biggest cat you will ever see!) wait to welcome you to Court Farm along with Bill, who has lived here all of his life, and knows everything about everything.

We are approximately 12 miles from Newquay, on the wide sweeping beaches of the north coast (surfers paradise!) - 12 miles from historic Bodmin (on the moor), and 12 miles from the pretty city of Truro.
Mevagissey, Fowey, and other traditional fishing villages are on the south coast, among rocky coves, about 8 miles away.
The famous Lost Gardens of Heligan are situated near Mevagissey, and the fabulous Eden Project, is approximately 6 miles from here. (Bill knows a quick way in!)
