The cottages provide an ideal base to visit not just Lincolnshire with its pretty Wolds’ villages, but Nottinghamshire as well. Within an easy drive are Lincoln, Louth, York, Newark and the forests at Sherwood and Clumber as well as Ruffed Park. There are super walks from the door as well as many others just a short distance away. A variety of shops (including gift shops), restaurants, and pubs are located just 1 ½ miles away. For those guests wishing to stay closer to home, Newlands boasts 4 acres of grounds complete with woodland and large lake.

Take junction 2 off the M180 and take the A161 south.
When you reach Epworth, turn left at the traffic lights into the High Street.
Follow road through until you reach Rectory Street.
Turn left and follow the road until you reach Newland Lane which is a turning on the left.
