A two minute walk from the river, where you can fish, sail, row, or simply walk along the river bank into Potter Heigham village, which is only ten minutes away.
Should you like a little more activity, then we are only 15 miles from both Norwich and Great Yarmouth, though you only need to travel 5 miles to a selection of wonderful beaches.
The site itself offers showers, toilets, electric hook-ups, welcomes dogs and is an ideal haven for bird watchers, cyclists and walkers.
From Norwich follow signs Gt. Yarmouth (A47). When you reach roundabout at Acle, take 2nd exit (A1064) signposted Caister-on-Sea. Go 1 mile over river bridge, then turn left (B1152) signposted Martham. Go for 2.3 miles and bear left at junction signposted Repps-With-Bastwick, (playing field on left). Turn 1st left into Church Road. After 1/2 mile round S-bends turn right into Staithe Road. The site is on the right just before the river.
From Gt. Yarmouth follow signs to Caister-on-Sea (A149). At Yarmouth Stadium go straight over roundabout to by-pass Caister. Follow signs for Ormesby St Margaret (A149). Carry straight on through Rollesby to Repps-With-Bastwick. At the Acle turn-off (Playing field on left) take next left into Church Road. After 1/2 mile round S-bends turn right into Staithe Road. The site is on the right just before the river.
