Follow the M5 past Exeter where it forks to become the A380 s/p Torquay & the A38 towards Plymouth. Take left fork (A380) & stay on this road for approx 15 miles around Torbay Ring Road to Paignton. At large junction with traffic lights, straight over signed Brixham A3022. Through Churston to outside Brixham & traffic lights with fork to right clearly s/p St Marys Bay. Follow signs St Marys Bay to fork right by rugby club, take fork & 2nd right turn. Park entrance on left 300 yds.
