The Park consists of just fourteen homes and is situated in what was originally part of the walled gardens to Trelawne Manor. The homes are set out informally amongst small trees and shrubs and enjoy a secluded position with high stone walls, hedges or trees on all boundaries. Most residents have retired here, having been attracted to the peace and quiet of the park and the beauty of the surrounding area. Although in the country we are not isolated. There are trains and a regular bus service from Looe. A bus stops just outside the entrance to the park. Garage or allocated off park parking. The village of Pelynt is 1 1/2 miles away. Sorry no pets or resident children.
From Looe by car - After crossing Looe Bridge, continue on the A387 for two miles. At the junction turn right onto the B3359, signposted Pelynt. After 200 yds take the first right, signposted Duloe. Our driveway is the 3rd entrance on the right.
