M5 to Exeter take the A380 following the signs to Torquay, continuing along the A380 turn right at the English Riviera roundabout, following the Ring Road towards Brixham. After 5.7 miles you will come to a set of traffic lights with a garage on your left. Turn immediately left into Goodrington Road.
Beverley Park is on your right and Ashavale on your left. To reach Marine Park continue on Goodrington road to the bottom of the hill, at the church turn left then turn left into Grange road, Marine Park is on your right.
