Point Lynas Caravan Park is located on the north east corner of anglesey, overlooking Point Lynas where there is an automatic lighthouse and close to Porth Eilian.
Porth Eilian is a small, sheltered rocky cove, 200 meters from the park entrance. It is safe for swimming, boating and fishing. Access to the beach is by slipway suitable for launching small boats. There are interesting walks along coastal footpaths, where you can see wild flowers, sea birds, seals and harbour porpoises. Climb Mynydd Wilian and enjoy superb views along the coast and across to Snowdonia. Parys mountain and heritage park are nearby. Just relax and unwind in this select "away from it all" corner of Anglesey. Cross from the mainland onto Anglesey over the Britannia Bridge. At the Anglesey end, take care to take the SECOND EXIT LEFT, sign-posted BENLLECH, AMLWCH.
Follow signs for Amlwch, passing Pentraeth and Benllech. Two miles after Benllech, turn left at the roundabout. After three miles, the road becomes three lanes, leading to the Pen-y-Sarn by-pass (village on the right). Over the crest of the hill at Cerrig Man, Angelsey Mowers is on the right. Turn right here for Llaneilian, thereafter following Porth Eiliansigns, bearing rught at the first T-junction. Follow the bends, passing Porth Eilian church on the left. At the end of the short straight, turn sharp left. A telephone box is on the right, and the park entrance 300 yards on the left.
We are 17 miles fromt he Britannia Bridge.
