Set in the North-Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this small, family-run park provides you with a peaceful and tranquil stay in this beautiful area. The nearby East-Allen riverbanks and the wooded areas around the park boundaries are home to a host of wildlife - no doubt contributing to the park recently receiving a Gold David Bellamy Award for Conservation (at our first entry into the scheme) and a Highly Commended in Northumberland Wildlife Trusts annual conservation awards..
The area abounds with wonderful cycling and walking routes. Nearby, there are venues for golfing, fishing, horse-riding (and even skiing)! We are about 10 miles from the best, central section of Hadrians Wall. There is a lovely short riverside walk from the park to Allendale, which offers shops, cafes and pubs.
