Little Lakeland offers the caravanner a beautifully landscaped park of 4 acres set beside a lake. It is so arranged to give each caravan an individual pitch of generous proportions and usually surrounded by hedging. Each pitch has its own dustbin and is within easy reach of a water tap. 10 amp electric hook-ups are available on all pitches.
Our coarse fishing lake, containing bream, tench, roach, perch and carp, is solely for the use of those staying on Little Lakeland.
There are two pubs within walking distance, and the small market town of Harleston with its weekly market and wide variety of shops is 2 miles away, and Bungay, Diss and Beccles are within easy reach.
Norwich with its historic castle and excellent shopping can be reached in 30 minutes by car, as can Lowestoft, Southwold and the Suffolk coast. Yarmouth and the Broads are within 45 minutes drive and our position on the Norfolk / Suffolk border makes us an ideal touring base for all of East Anglia From Diss, leave the A143 at island signposted Wortwell. Proceed to the village and pass the Bell public house. In about 300 yards, after the garage, turn right at the first bungalow, Little Lakeland Lodge. Over three speed bumps and turn right into the park entrance.
From Bungay, turn left onto the B1062 to Flixton, and immediately right into the road signed Wortwell. In about 800 yards and turn left into land at Little Lakeland lodge just before signs for cross roads and sharp bend.
