Situated 1 mile from the village of Portpatrick, the park is set in 22 acres of rolling grassland leading towards the ruins of Dunksey Castle and the cliffs overlooking the Irish Sea. On a good day Ireland can be clearly seen.
Take the A77 from Glasgow or the A75 from Dumfries. On entering Portpatrick take the first left and continue for 3/4 of a mile going under the old railway bridge.
