Energetic swimmers can surf in the mild gulf stream waters or try diving, fishing, windsurfing, riding or golf - they are all available locally.
From Helston follow signs to Goonhilly Earth Station (the big satellite dishes). At the next cross roads turn right (towards Ruan minor). After a mile turn left to Gwendreath and we are at the end of the lane.
