Barmston Farm
Barmston Farm is a small site made up of 5 caravans surronding an ornamental pond complete with island feature and seating area.
Your hoasts Nigel & Fiona Williamson bought Barmston Farm in 2002 and designed and built the caravan site. They look forward to wishing you a warm welcome. Most of the holiday homes are 8 berth and all are fully equipped, ready to move into. Bed linen is provided but not towels. There is a well stocked 2 acre fishing lake adjacent to the park containing Bream, Trench, Rudd, Roach, Perch, Gudgeon & Ide. We operate a continuous programme of restocking so youll never be disappointed. The village pub is only a 15 minute walk away and serves good food all day (12 noon - 9pm). Youll also find a well stocked village shop for all your provisions. There is a good bus service from the top of the lane (5 mins walk.)
Our site is a perfect base for exploring the area with 200 acres of accessible common pasture land; fantastic for walks! Were only 2 miles away from the historic market town of Beverley and its attractions. Visit the famous Beverley Minster, race course, markets (twice weekly) plus a wealth of shops offering regional antiques and crafts.
The City of Hull is 7 miles away from us with many attractions on offer including The Deep; the worlds only submarium. Slighly further afield you can explore the sandy beaches and scenery of the east coast which is only a 20 minute drive away. Were located in Woodmansey on the A1174 (Hull Road) from Beverley to Hull. Turn down Barmston Lane on the corner next to the church and follow the road round.
