From Dumfries on the A75, turn right on entering Stranraer signed Kirkolm and harbour. Turn left onto the A718 at the T junction.
At the roundabout take the road straight across signed Kirkolm, and continue to Leswalt (2.5 miles). Turn left at the church (D7043) on entering Leswalt. Drumlochart is on your right after 1.5 miles.
From Ayr on the A77 follow the road around Loch Ryan to Stranraer and continue to Leswalt on the A718 as above.
