I have for a 3 bedroom static caravan in excellent condition for sale which is sited on a quiet pitch with a sunny and private patio area with very large shed incorporation washing machine and chest freezer. There is patio furniture,a large barbecue and parking for 2/3 vehicles.
The caravan itself is fully equipt with all the usual facilities including cooker,fridge tv sky and broadband. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and one full size single bedded room with a double sofabed in lounge. All rooms are furnished to a high standard with light and airy maple laminated wood with a feature fireplace in the lounge. There is a seperate(powerful)shower and toilet and the caravan benefits from full gas central heating and double glazing. All crockery and bedding etc is provided if required. It has everything you would need to move in (except tv).
The site is served by a regular bus service into Southport and from Preston and is open from early March to early January. Site fees are paid for this season and will be aprox £2800 for next season 2009/2010. You can keep the caravan on site for as long as you want as long as it is well maintained.
There is a safe enviroment for children including playparks and kids club. Private members club with regular entertainment, nightclub tor the younger ones and a shop(well stocked and priced) for your morning papers!!!
